We install it, service it, refill it and support it. You give us a 5x5 corner and an outlet. Your guests print photos, and you collect a check every month — no equipment to buy, nothing for your staff to run.
With 500+ events a year behind us, we have done this plenty of times. All we need is about an hour of your time on install day — after that it runs without you.

Photos or a quick visit. We need roughly 5' x 5' with decent sightlines and a standard outlet nearby, and we'll tell you honestly where in the room it will earn best.

Every booth starts with two or three print designs built around your name and logo, and our designers will draw something specific if you have an idea. Swap them any time for events, seasons or sponsors.

Booth, printer and payment screen, rolled in on a weekday morning and live the same day. It sits on locking casters, so we place it with you and you can move it later.
Most venues are up and earning within a week of saying yes — the next step is a walkthrough:
Inquire todayOr see what we handle after install →You do not own it, staff it, stock it or fix it. You watch what it earns and cash the payout.
We also run Photo Booth Support — the tech desk that other photo booth operators around the country phone when their booth, printer or camera needs a human. Fifteen-plus years of it, 24/7. That same desk sits behind the booth in your room, which is why your staff never has to think about it.
Run by the same team — photoboothsupport.comLog in any time to watch revenue, sessions and prints in real time. Your payout lands at the start of the next month, from the same numbers you can see.
That is our side of it. Ask us about your room, or go look at the booth first:
Inquire todaySee the booth →Guests pay at the booth and you collect a check every month. We carry every cost — booth, printer, paper, card processing, service and support.
Nothing to buy and no invoice from us, ever — your payout is a share of what your room earns. Busier rooms run several hundred sessions a month; a quiet one runs a few dozen.

The enclosed booth is a blank canvas. The light box, the booth wrap, the on-screen graphics and the print layout can all carry your name — so it reads as your booth, in your room. Branded prints come standard; the rest is there if you want it.

Tell us about your space and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Ask us about your roomSee where we already are →Snap a photo of the corner you have in mind. We'll put our actual booth into your actual photo in about fifteen seconds, so you can see the fit before anyone drives out to measure it.

Your photo is used to build this one preview and to let us give you a straight answer about the space. It is a rendering, not a promise about the exact spot — we confirm placement, power and clearance on the walkthrough.
Like the way it looks in there? We'll confirm the fit in person and tell you honestly what that corner should earn.

The road team. They install the booth and keep it running top notch — paper, printers, cameras and regular check-ins — so it looks sharp and prints perfectly every night you are open.

No. It is fully self-serve: guests tap, scan the QR code, pay on their own phone and take their print. If paper runs low, our monitoring tells us before it tells you — and if your team ever does need a human, support is reachable 24/7, not just business hours.

About 5' x 5' of floor and one standard 120V outlet. It needs internet — your guest Wi-Fi is usually fine, and we can bring our own cellular if not.

We build two models, so we can fit the one that suits your space.
Model 1 — enclosed booth: 48" wide x 29" deep x 76.25" tall including the casters. Give it about 5' x 5' of floor so guests have room to step in and the curtain can hang free.
Model 2 — vintage-style booth: 37.25" wide x 28.75" deep x 77" tall — a narrower footprint for tighter rooms. With the lit light box on top it stands 94" tall.
Both roll through a standard double door on locking casters. If you add a light box to Model 1, allow roughly another 14" of height.

Yes — every booth sits on locking casters, so you are not cemented into one spot. Roll it out of the way for a private party, push it toward the patio in summer, try it in a different corner. Plug it back in and it boots itself and goes back to taking photos — there is nothing to log into and nobody to call first.

No cash and no card reader in your room. Guests scan a QR code on the booth screen and pay on their own phone, so nothing touches your till and your staff is never asked to make change or ring anything up. Every one of those payments shows up in your dashboard, and your share is paid out monthly.
Yes, and it is included. Before the booth goes in, our designers build two or three layouts around your name and logo, and if you have something specific in mind we will draw it. We can swap the design for events, seasons or sponsors at no charge.

You get a login to this site. Live revenue, sessions, prints, busiest nights, and every past payout — the same numbers we pay you from.
Yes — a short, plain-language agreement that covers the placement, the revenue share and how the booth gets serviced. It's a couple of pages, not a legal maze, and we walk you through it.
We'd rather move a booth than leave one sitting in a room where it doesn't earn. If it isn't working for either of us, we talk it through and take it back out.
